Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie, located in London. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty. They will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing the kitchen and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The Chef De Partie will also contribute to menu planning, inventory management, and training junior staff members.
Qualifications
* Strong culinary skills, including expertise in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes
* Knowledge of classic French techniques and modern British cuisine
* Experience in menu planning and using seasonal ingredients
* Ability to maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in inventory management and kitchen organization
* Experience in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
* Formal culinary training or relevant certifications
* Passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to quality
