Kallos Design and Marketing is seeking entrepreneurial, independent sales professionals to join us in expanding our reach. This is not a traditional employment position — it’s a commission-only, high-trust opportunity ideal for someone already working in B2B sales or looking to represent complementary services alongside their existing work.
Whether you’re an insurance agent, freelance consultant, or business connector, this role empowers you to earn by introducing our design and marketing solutions to organizations that need them — without disrupting your current commitments.
Learn about Kallos’ core services and values during a one-time onboarding
Identify businesses or professionals who could benefit from branding, marketing, or digital strategy
Introduce Kallos to leads and assist in initial conversations (we’ll take it from there)
Check in monthly to stay aligned on offerings, client updates, and strategies
Maintain a high standard of integrity in all communication and outreach
Monthly Retainer Clients: 8% commission on the first 3 consecutive payments
Annual or One-Time Projects: 6% commission of the total annual payment after 3 months of client retention
No commission for canceled or paused clients
No cap on earnings — the more qualified leads you bring in, the more you earn
Currently involved in B2B sales, consulting, or a similar field
Naturally spots business weaknesses in branding or marketing
Excellent communicator, but not pushy — you open doors, not force them
Seeks flexible, side-income opportunities with long-term potential
Bonus: Familiarity with startups, small businesses, nonprofits, or creative services
