We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house Talent Team at Micheldever Tyre Services on a fixed term contract until June 2027. This role will be supporting our Retail business, Protyre, sourcing candidates - Service Technicians, Tyre Fitters, MOT Technicians and Managers. You will have experience of recruiting in a fast-paced environment, running a temp desk or similar internal high-volume function within recruitment. Excellent working experience of Excel is essential to this role. Success will come from dedication to accuracy and your professionalism across all areas business and third parties. * Hybrid: 1-2 days in the office, 2-3 days working from home. Must be able to commute to Micheldever and Winnall, near Winchester.
