We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Milton Keynes who are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager to take full ownership of their payroll function. This is a standalone role responsible for managing end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 150 employees. It would suit someone confident working independently who enjoys having responsibility for the full payroll process. Key Responsibilities * Managing the full end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 150 employees * Processing payroll accurately and on time using oneadvanced payroll system * Ensuring payroll compliance with current legislation * Managing statutory payments, deductions and reporting requirements * Handling payroll queries and resolving any discrepancies * Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business as required * Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting audits where necessary About You * Proven experience managing payroll end-to-end * Comfortable working in a standalone payroll role * Strong working knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements * Experience using payroll systems confidently and efficiently * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Able to manage workload independently and meet deadlines Additional Information * Hybrid working available * Flexible working hours across a 37.5-hour working week * Salary around £50,000–£55,000 (flexible depending on experience) * Permanent position * Sick pay * Pension – 5%ER, 3%EE * Holiday – 24, 26 after three years (plus 8 bank holidays * Misc – life assurance, healthcare cashback, hybrid working, discounts portal * Expected start date May / June
