We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and be responsible for the accurate management accounting of the IVCE Holding Companies. You will lead in the interim and year end audit of the Top companies and assist EY in the preparation of the statutory accounts. You will be responsible forsubmitting the budgets and forecastsand will play a key role in transitioning to the new ERP system, with a particular focus on Intercompany across the Group.
Day to day, the Finance Manager will be involved in:
*Month-end reporting for the Group's Sweden Holding Company and six UK Holding Companies
* Year-end Statutory Accounts preparation and managing the external audit:
* Budget and Forecast preparation
* Leading and coaching a small team
* Leading the continuous improvement in accounting processes across the IVCE Holding Companies
* Working closely on and playing a key role the company's ERP Implementation project - ERP (Oracle)
Ideally, the Finance Manager will have:
* Qualified accountant
* Experience of Holding Company accounting desired
* Ability to work to month-end deadlines and tight timetables
* Experience of reviewing statutory accounts and leading on audit queries
* Strong business knowledge and commercial acumen
* Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, enthusiastic attitude and a proactive approach to accountancy
* Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Power BI) with the ability to convert complex data into useful information
* Excellent communication skills, incorporating written, verbal, presentation, and reporting at all levels
* Negotiation and influencing skills
* Relationship building skills
