More about the role:
Sales Support:
* Maintain accurate records of sales orders, contracts, and customer data in CRM systems
* Track opportunities, pipeline status, and reporting metrics for management
* Assist with preparation and process of quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
Customer Engagement:
* Provide order acknowledgements and delivery confirmation
* Respond to client inquiries and provide product/service information
* Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and support
* Handle after-sales service requests and warranty documentation
About you:
* Experience in sales administration, customer service, or office management
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
