Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 + bonus

The role of Pre-Construction Manager – Commercial Fit Out will involve:
* Pre-Construction Manager position dealing with a range of commercial and education fit out projects
* Manage early-stage input on specifications, compliance, and value engineering
* Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure accuracy and alignment
* Carrying out site visits where required to assess scopes of work and client requirements
* Prepare project programmes, methodology statements, and supporting documents
* Supporting the estimating team with accurate pricing of projects
* Oversee technical design reviews to ensure build ability, cost efficiency, and quality
* Working on projects ranging in value up to £1.5m
The ideal applicant will be a Pre-Construction Manager – Commercial Fit Out with:
* Must have experience as a Senior Estimator, Pre Construction Manager or technically minded Project Manager within the fit out or related market sector such as: shopfitting, refurbishment, design & build, or FF&E
* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
* Familiarity with JCT contract frameworks and commercial risk management
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Good team player who also works well individually
