We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Relationship Manager to join our established sales team and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
* Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
* Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of increasing market share
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
* Foster strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Utilise Hubspot for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.
Experience
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
* A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales success.
* YOU MUST BE TARGET DRIVEN.
* Experience in the leasing industry would be a definite advantage.
Please note that this job will involve weekly visits to the key customers so the right candidate must have a full drivers licence and be willing to spend time on the road meeting customers.

Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
