C Senior Civils Estimator Glasgow Location: Glasgow, Scotland Division: Projects Red Sky Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor with a strong UK presence, delivering major infrastructure and complex civil engineering projects. With a robust pipeline of work across Scotland, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Civils Estimator to play a key role within their Projects Division. The Role As Senior Civils Estimator, you will take ownership of the estimating function within the Scotland division, leading the preparation of high-value, complex tenders and contributing directly to the companys continued growth. You will work closely with the Divisional Director and New Business Manager to shape tendering strategy, mentor the estimating team, and build strong relationships with clients and consultants. This is a senior, influential role offering real autonomy and visibility within the business.
