We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator to join our client's expanding team of production operatives, fabricating stainless steel products to the highest standards.
This role offers an excellent salary of £25,000 - £31,000 per annum plus benefits.

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing company based in Congleton, Cheshire. They serve a substantial client base locally, nationally, and internationally, including high-profile customers mainly in the automotive industry, with plans to expand into other sectors. It is a family-run business with a team of long-serving, dedicated industry professionals.
About the role
The role involves working within a passionate team responsible for fabrication and welding of stainless-steel components. Responsibilities include:
* Achieving the daily planned production schedule
* Maintaining and improving production quality
* Contributing to the smooth operation of the workshop
About you
The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to listen, learn, and use their initiative to become a valued team member. You should have:
* 3-5 years of experience in fabrication and welding, with good general engineering skills
* Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding is advantageous
* Understanding of fabrication and sheet metal working techniques and tools
* Ability to work from engineering drawings or occasionally without detailed drawings
* Experience manufacturing components from sheet metal
* Ability to work independently to meet deadlines with high quality standards
* Self-motivated, hardworking, reliable, flexible, punctual, and team-oriented
Rewards
The position is full-time, permanent, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, days only. Benefits include:
* Salary from £25,000 to £31,000 depending on experience
* Overtime paid at time and a half
* 4 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays
