The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the financial and contractual performance of a diverse portfolio of fit-out, refurbishment, and restoration projects, from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with the in-house delivery team, specialist subcontractors, and high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans
*
Tendering and procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
*
Value engineering and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
*
Managing valuations, variations, and interim/final accounts
*
Contract administration (JCT experience essential)
*
Supporting project teams with commercial guidance and risk mitigation
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience in quantity surveying within the fit-out, refurbishment, or heritage sector
*
Strong understanding of JCT contracts
*
Commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
*
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience)
