My client is a business based in Epsom that offers support to people who have faced challenges. This is a business that truly makes a difference to the lives of people their services are fortunate enough to reach. Due to a growth plan they are looking at recruiting a part time finance manager (4 days a week) to join their friendly finance team.
Description
The role will involve, but not be limited to:
* Analysis and reconciling of income from the different income platforms including income is captured within the correct entity
* Reconciliation of income between bank statements and CRM system
* Preparing and uploading month-end income journals
* Debt reporting and debt chasing, including producing weekly debtors report with narrative
* Providing financial information; reviewing actual against budget; supporting with setting budgets/forecasts
* Supporting the Finance Assistance with correct coding, entity and VAT for all sales invoices.
* Upload and/or authorise supplier and staff payments onto the banking system and run reports as and when required from the finance system
* VAT returns
* Control of Web Expenses (staff expenses portal)
* Monthly payroll, year-end payroll (P60's and P11d returns) using Sage payroll software
Profile
To be considered for this role, you will:
* Able to work 4 days per week - you will be able to do one day from home
* Be able to commute to Epsom
* Have strong reconciliation skills
* Have dealt with processing high volumes of income
* Be able to work in a small team environment
* Be a team player
