Barker Munro Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected insurance broker as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Account Handler to join their established and friendly commercial team.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of a designated portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their trusted first point of contact and delivering a consistently high level of service.
* Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums typically ranging from £20,000 to £200,000.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Handle mid-term adjustments, renewals, and general policy queries.
* Liaise confidently with clients via phone and email.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
* Solid commercial insurance experience gained within broking.
* Confidence in managing client relationships and handling a varied workload.
* A positive, collaborative approach and resilience to adapt to change.
* A commitment to professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
