Our client, an award‑winning residential developer, is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to oversee a prestigious project consisting of high‑value housing and low‑rise apartments. The role involves leading the technical aspects of a multi‑phase, high‑end residential development and ensuring quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Manage the technical delivery of a complex development, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.
* Coordination & Collaboration: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to align technical aspects with project goals and standards.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the developer’s high standards.
* Problem Solving: Identify, address and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth progression.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all technical work complies with building regulations, codes and health and safety standards.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of progress, technical specifications and compliance reports.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

* Technical Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations and standards for high‑end residential developments.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a technical team with strong organizational and project‑management skills.
