Sales Director - London - £90k Bonus Platform Recruitment has partnered with a leading innovation-led manufacturer. They are seeking a Sales Director to build and lead the company’s global product sales function driving revenue growth through distributor partnerships and strategic enterprise clients. This senior commercial role will translate an innovation-led strategy into scalable, repeatable sales execution. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-performing sales team. * Define and execute the global sales strategy in collaboration with senior leadership. * Build and manage strong relationships with distributors and enterprise accounts. * Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align commercial and strategic goals. Key skills: * 10 years’ experience in B2B sales, including 5 years in a sales leadership position. * Proven track record in building and managing global distributor or channel networks. * Experience within environmental health, life-science, or industrial solutions sectors desirable. * Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and leadership skills.
