About the Role
We are seeking Project Managers to join our Environmental Project Management Team. You will support the delivery of environmentally led projects across the UK in both public and private sectors. You will manage smaller projects and assist Senior Project Managers on larger ones, with opportunities to line manage and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting development of project proposals, including scope, resources, programme, and budgets.
2. Developing and maintaining project management documentation to ensure successful delivery.
3. Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and progress.
4. Ensuring health and safety compliance for site visits.
5. Undertaking contract management and administration.
6. Managing scope changes and project governance.
7. Leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary project teams.
8. Promoting high-quality delivery with a focus on health, safety, inclusion, and diversity.
9. Communicating project information effectively to stakeholders.
10. Representing WSP with clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
Candidate Profile:
* Degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
* Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and eagerness for professional development.
