As part of their rapid growth, they’re now hiring motivated, client-facing agents to attend pre-booked, qualified meetings with landlords and tenants across London. No cold calling. No chasing. No paperwork.

The Role
We’re looking for confident, self-motivated agents based in London to join Keey’s fast-growing field team. This is a fully commission-based role where your earnings are tied directly to your performance — and where everything else is handled for you.
You’ll be attending pre-scheduled, qualified appointments with landlords and tenants. No prospecting. No paperwork. Just high-impact conversations that lead to real results and real income.

* Represent Keey professionally in all client-facing situations

Ideal Profile
We’re looking for self-starters who thrive in face-to-face environments and aren’t afraid to take ownership of their earnings.
You’re a great fit if you:
* Are based in London and available for in-person property meetings
* Know how to build trust quickly and hold strong client conversations
* Are motivated by performance-based pay and eager to close deals
* Present yourself professionally and show up on time, every time
* Have experience in real estate, lettings, or client-facing roles (preferred but not required)
Bonus points if you:
* Have a background in field sales or customer service
* Are familiar with short lets, long lets, or Airbnb-style properties
* Can work flexible hours and manage your own calendar efficiently
