We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operative to join a well-established, leading steel processing company based in Kingswinford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in logistics or warehouse operations to join a dynamic team in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing steel products for dispatch
*
Preparing materials for delivery and ensuring correct labeling
*
Loading and unloading goods using forklifts (FLT license is desirable, but training can be provided)
*
Ensuring the accurate completion of all shipping paperwork and delivery schedules
*
Coordinating with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely dispatch
*
Managing stock levels and ensuring products are dispatched in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner
*
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with company policies
*
Conducting quality checks on goods to ensure they meet the required standards
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics role
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Attention to detail and the ability to follow strict dispatch procedures
*
Good organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines
*
FLT license (desirable, but not essential)
*
Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety standards
