Are you the right person for the job? 1st Line IT Support or similar experience (MSP experience a plus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (O365, Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, Outlook) Understanding of basic networking principles A proactive and positive attitude toward learning and teamwork Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft) – desirable but not essential What will your role look like? As the first point of contact for clients, you'll provide first-class technical support and ensure their IT systems run smoothly. You will: Log, manage, and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when needed Set up and configure new devices, user accounts, and applications Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and updates Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed every step of the way Follow ITIL best practices and contribute to continuous improvement What can you expect in return?
