Location: Haywards Heath & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110 Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for patient, enthusiastic and adaptable LSAs to join our supply team across Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas. Each day brings a new school, new pupils and fresh opportunities to support learning in a meaningful way.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils with a range of needs
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities, routines and behaviour support
* Helping create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with literacy, numeracy and social development
* Adapting to different schools, year groups and learning styles
* Following school policies and working closely with teaching staff
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, SEN, youth work or similar)
* A patient, supportive and proactive approach
* Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Someone reliable, adaptable and ready to get involved
