From onboarding new starters and managing employment changes, to updating contracts and right-to-work details, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our People Hub running smoothly.
You’ll collaborate closely with Recruitment, HR, Payroll, and Vetting teams, building strong relationships while maintaining high standards of service and data accuracy. 3. Lead employment lifecycle tasks including contract returns, employment changes, leavers, fixed-term contracts, Mat leave, and career breaks.
4. Handle reference requests, right-to-work checks, and maintain accurate employee records.
5. Provide administrative support for secondees and deputees, including sponsorship documentation and travel coordination.
6. Support the Employee Relations team with documentation and calculations, and contribute to audit reporting and ad hoc HR processes.
7. Conduct peer checks to maintain accuracy and consistency across team outputs.
What you’ll bring:
8. Experience in a dynamic and high-volume administrative environment, with strong organisational and coordination abilities.
9. Comfortable leading detailed data entry and document handling, ideally within an HR or People Services setting.
10. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy across varied tasks and systems.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR or CRM systems.
13. HR experience is preferred but not essential—what matters most is your ability to stay organised, work collaboratively, and bring curiosity to learning new processes.
