Key Responsibilities
Shape and guide long‑term financial strategy alongside the Executive team
Enhance commercial decision‑making through improved insight, analytics and performance reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with discipline and pace
Convert operational data into meaningful financial intelligence for leadership discussions
Modernise systems, reporting and processes to support efficiency and scale
Strengthen governance, financial control and risk management
Support expansion into new regions and service lines
Build, mentor and develop a capable and future‑ready finance team
Candidate Profile
Senior finance leader (FD or equivalent) with experience in a scaling SME or high‑growth environment
Demonstrable success leading through growth, transformation and operational change
Strong commercial mindset with credible operational understanding
Emotionally intelligent communicator, effective at Executive and Board level
Professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
Background in legal or professional services is preferred
