Job Title: Tech Business Analyst Location: Windsor, UK Work Model: Hybrid (1 day per week in office) Job Type : Contract (Inside IR35) Duration: 6 Months Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tech Business Analyst to join our team in Windsor. You will play a key role in managing and prioritising the technical backlog, supporting agile delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring one day per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: Become a proficient user of Azure DevOps (ADO) to create and manage your squad's backlog of work, including defining and refining features and stories to be "developer-ready." Analyse complex business problems and work with solution architects and technical teams to deliver clear, prioritised requirements. Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications, scaling new and current systems, processes, and procedures cost-effectively. Support the design details of automated systems and provide consultation to users. Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues. Provide daily ADO updates to epics, features, and stories, and attend standard agile ceremonies. Apply best practice business analysis techniques, including feature decomposition, context diagrams, mock-ups, and MVP approaches. Balance the need to identify new requirements with what may already be available "out of the box" from SaaS providers. Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required: 8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience; 12 15 years overall experience. Expertise in managing, advising, generating, and prioritising a platform-level technical backlog. Demonstrated experience in technical business analysis, software development, and enterprise system implementation. Strong collaboration skills across a wide group of stakeholders with varied skillsets. Proven track record of supporting and delivering technical change in fast-paced environments. Experience with agile delivery and business/technical analysis. Experience with cloud-native enterprise-level systems, preferably CRM & Billing. Channel exposure, preferably with AWS core infrastructure and services. Sound knowledge of the Utilities domain. Salesforce background, MuleSoft, or other similar integration product experience is preferable.
