You will be supporting administrative activities to facilitate the accurate and timely production of monthly payrolls, whilst ensuring legislative and internal controls are applied.

Key Responsibilities
* Update and validate recurring and non-recurring payroll data input
* Import and reconciliation of HMRC tax code data
* Checking and verification of Payroll exception reports, both pre and post payroll production
* Liaise with external agencies as required
* Assist with any general ad-hoc and payroll queries
* Production of manual payroll calculations in accordance with legislative requirements
* Ad-hoc and monthly reporting

Qualifications and Attributes
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English Language
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel and Word
* Strong oral and written communication skills
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Operational experience of Oracle
