Your New Role
We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity within the Buying team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter. As a Junior Buyer, reporting to the Head of Buying, you will play a pivotal role in developing and selecting products for our Studio Tour locations across the UK, Japan, and North America, including the Harry Potter Stores and our Ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, and global teams to create innovative, customer-focused product ranges.
* Identify and develop commercial assortments tailored to relevant markets and forecast trends.
* Deliver category KPIs and manage critical paths from concept to launch while mitigating risks.
* Work closely with licensees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on product development and sign-off.
* Review trade categories to maximize opportunities, onboard new suppliers, and contribute to supplier reviews.
* Lead and develop junior team members while building strong cross-functional relationships.
Skills & Knowledge Required
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Commercial awareness complemented by creative flair.
* Able to maintain excellent working relationships.
* Experience working with licensing partners is advantageous.
* Highly computer literate, with advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* Microsoft Dynamics experience is desirable but not essential.
* Educated to a minimum of A-level (or significant vocational experience).
* Background in Buying at Assistant Buyer or Junior Buyer level.

Although you will be hired by Warner Bros. Discovery, your employment will likely transition to Warner Bros. during this period of transformation. Working Conditions
