What you'll be doi

You'll provide hands-on leadership for Food & Beverage operations across campus, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and commercially. Working closely with the Head of F&B Operations, you'
ll:
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring excellent service, strong compliance, and consistent stand
ardsInspire, develop, and support your management team, creating a positive, high-performance cul
tureTake responsibility for financial performance, delivering target surplus through effective cost control, commercial thinking and data-led decision ma
kingTranslate strategic plans into clear operational objectives and KPIs, and support managers to deliver against
themEnsure robust food safety, health & safety, and licensing compliance across all operat
ionsLead the implementation and effective use of systems such as EPOS, labour management, stock control, and allergen manage
mentDrive continuous improvement in services, facilities, processes, and customer experi
enceDeputise for the Head of F&B Operations when required and act as a senior operational presence across the busi
ness

Degree-level education or equivalent ex
perienceFood Safety Level 3 certi
ficationSenior operational management experience in foodservice, ideally across large or complex
estatesProven success in leading large, diverse teams and developing
managersStrong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L respon
sibilityIn-depth knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and UK leg
islationExcellent leadership, communication and influencin
g skillsThe ability to stay calm, resilient, and decisive under
pressure
The role is predominately Monday-Friday with the occasional weeken
d workingExperience of change management, systems implementation or risk and crisis management would be an a
dvantage.
