As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing candidates via adverts, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Writing compelling job ads and promote employee benefits.
* Managing talent pools, shortlist, arrange interviews, and give feedback.
* Negotiating offers and overseeing onboarding.
* Partnering with hiring managers, advising on selection methods and process.
