The Role
We’re looking for a driven Internal Sales Regional Manager to lead our regional sales efforts and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll guide Internal Sales Engineers, coordinate with specialists across Solutions, Marketing, Service, and Sales, and be the go-to person for your region.
What you’ll do:
* Drive sales growth and hit targets in your region
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for great customer outcomes
* Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
* Champion CRM best practices and data quality
* Organise impactful meetings and workshops
* Be the first point of contact for technical and customer issues
* Build strong customer relationships and tailor solutions to their needs
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales leadership (engineering sector preferred)
* Experience developing and coaching teams
* Strong commercial awareness and digital skills (Salesforce/SAP a plus)
* Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive
* Ready to lead by example and drive engagement
