Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Salary: up to £35,000 DOE

Responsibilities
* Act as a first point of contact for candidates
* Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and colleagues
* Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
* Advertise vacancies across systems, job boards and social channels
* Coordinate interviews and manage diaries
* Gather feedback and keep records accurate and up to date
* Assist with offer letters and contracts
* Work closely with the people team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
* Suggest practical process improvementsSupport projects that help the team work more effectively
Skills Required
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Clear and communication
* Confidence using systems and learning new tools quickly
* A collaborative mindset and a proactive, positive attitude
* Experience coordinating interviews, or multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable working with trackers and systems, including Excel
* An interest in recruitment, HR or people-focused work
* Previous recruitment or HR experience is beneficial
