About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Aston Clinton. You will be the key point of contact for customers in your assigned territory, working closely with Area Sales Managers to drive sales, build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
* Generate quotations and process orders using INFOR LN and CMS
* Make outbound calls to develop new business and support key accounts
* Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to grow territory sales
* Track and report on KPIs including sales pipeline and quote conversion
* Attend promotional events and support accredited installers
* Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications
* Achieve monthly and national sales targets
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships. You will be confident, organised and resilient, with a passion for delivering ethical solutions and top‑tier service.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Proven sales and negotiation experience
* Background in wastewater or construction industry preferred
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and INFOR LN
* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* Full clean UK driving licence
