Salary: £40,500 Basic+ OT+ Bonus OTE 56K+
Earnings Potential: £56,000+ OTE with overtime and Bonus
Shift Pattern: Double Days

The Role
My client is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to become part of a skilled engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on production equipment such as conveyors, mixers, overhead cranes, and heavy plant machinery.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform repairs, and implement preventative maintenance to reduce future breakdowns.
Work closely with the production department to minimise downtime and maintain optimal output levels.
Keep detailed maintenance records and ensure all machinery complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Previous experience working within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to repair and maintain production machinery.
