About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience within a market-leading real estate services firm. You will support a Director in the IPM team on a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic management of investment assets.
Job Description
* Conduct regular site inspections across managed properties
* Attend client and tenant meetings, supporting strong working relationships
* Assist in preparing client reporting and management packs
* Receive and process tenant applications efficiently
* Contribute to the drafting and reconciliation of service charge budgets
* Support the credit control process and liaise with internal finance teams
* Collaborate closely with facility and building managers to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
* A recent graduate (or soon to graduate) with a relevant degree in property, real estate, or a related field
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* A genuine interest in property management and investment real estate
