Car Repair Specialist - French Speaking

My client is seeking a Car Repair Specialist to provide exceptional service and support for vehicle repair customers. Your role will be to deliver and sustain a fantastic experience for all our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer first-line technical support via calls, emails, and other customer inquiries.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues for cars, light goods vehicles (LGVs), and heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) across all brands, providing expert guidance to customers.
3. Follow established processes for resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
4. Record and monitor all service incidents in the internal management system.
5. Collaborate with teams and locations involved in customer support.
6. Assist in the development of FAQs and knowledge base resources.
7. Maintain professional communication with a diverse range of customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. 2+ years of experience working in automotive workshops, handling cars and/or LGVs/HGVs.
2. Qualifications in automotive mechanics or electronics (e.g., Master Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or Service Technician).
3. Strong customer service skills.
4. Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
5. Professional and confident telephone communication skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and methodical problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
8. Basic IT knowledge.
