Finance & Contracts Administrator
Location:
We're looking for a Finance & Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you'll provide essential financial and contractual support to ensure smooth and compliant operations across our services. About the Role
As a Finance & Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our finance function by maintaining accurate records, processing contractual documentation, and assisting with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. You'll be a central point of contact for internal teams, external agencies, and service user referrals - ensuring high standards are met in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Provide administrative support to the purchase and sales ledger.
* Draft, monitor and manage contractual administration for all service users.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
* Collaborate with other team members to provide financial information and support.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance manager.
* Provide proactive management and administration of the BBB tracker database and take responsibility of incoming referrals for all homes.
* Any tasks that are required on a ADHOC basis to support the operations of the CCSL finance team.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar financial role.
* Strong understanding of financial procedures and accounting principles.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Experience with Sage.
* Legal knowledge/Understanding
* AAT qualification or working towards it.
* Knowledge of local authority funding
