Role The Social Content Manager – Aman Essentials will lead the creation and execution of a social-first content strategy that brings the Aman brand and product world to life in digital spaces. This London-based role is responsible for crafting engaging narratives across platforms—Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and more—through original storytelling, short-form video, editorial content, and community-focused initiatives. The role will work across creative, PR, digital and e-commerce teams to ensure a consistent and elevated brand voice that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion. This is a maternity leave cover position offering a unique opportunity to shape and evolve the content presence of one of the world’s most iconic luxury hospitality brands as it expands into fashion, lifestyle and wellness. Responsibilities Own and execute a compelling social-first content strategy across all Aman Essentials channels (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn and emerging platforms). Concept, produce and publish evergreen and campaign-driven content, including short-form video, editorial series, UGC, behind-the-scenes footage, and seasonal storytelling. Develop and evolve recurring content franchises and editorial pillars that articulate the brand world and engage new and existing audiences. Lead content planning and production, including social first shoot planning, editing, and motion needs. Consider brand-right copy for posts, stories, video overlays, captions and bios across all platforms. Consider & develop content for paid social efforts, supporting a full funnel creative approach. Create and maintain a strategic editorial calendar aligned with product launches, brand moments, partnerships and cultural trends Partner closely with influencers and creators for content collaboration, talent seeding and campaign execution—overseeing briefing, production and posting schedules. Drive community growth and brand affinity by actively engaging with the audience, monitoring sentiment, and leveraging content to deepen connection Report regularly on content and channel performance, providing actionable insights and creative optimizations Ensure all content meets best practices per platform and reflects Aman’s elevated creative standards. Collaborate with PR, digital, brand and e-commerce teams to support content distribution, amplification and alignment with commercial objectives Requirements 4–6 years of experience in social content creation, brand storytelling or digital editorial. Proven ability to produce high-quality, platform-native content in luxury or lifestyle sectors. Strong creative instincts and understanding of visual storytelling, tone, and format. Experience launching content series or building editorial pillars. Excellent writing skills and fluency in luxury aesthetics and cultural nuance. Highly organised and proactive, with strong project management abilities. Familiar with analytics and planning tools (e.g. Instagram Insights, Figma, Google Analytics, Later, Adobe Suite, Canva). Experience collaborating with global creators, influencers, and production teams. Discretion, diplomacy, and cultural sensitivity are essential.
