Banking & Finance Lawyer – Glasgow or Edinburgh
Brief
We are currently looking to recruit a junior level lawyer with 2-6 years PQE to join our Finance team in one of our offices in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

It is also active in more specialist areas of finance, including fund financing, bank structural reform projects, central bank advisory work, and loan portfolio sale and purchase transactions. 11. Advised National Westminster Bank plc on its acquisition of a £2.5bn residential mortgage portfolio from Metro Bank
12. Advised Scottish National Investment Bank and UK Infrastructure Bank on their debt financing of the £300m redevelopment of Ardersier Port
13. Acted for a syndicate of lenders in relation to the £1.3bn refinancing of a privately held food and drinks business from an English, Scottish and Spanish perspective
The Candidate Required
We are now looking to appoint ambitious junior lawyers who wish to advance their career at a top tier banking and finance practice.
Any successful applicant will:
14. ideally have gained experience in a large commercial firm in banking, corporate, real estate or projects
15. have a strong academic background
16. have good commercial awareness and be client-focused
