We are looking for an Administration Support to provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth supply of medications to customers. This position provides administrative and organisational support across departments, helping to maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and ensure operational tasks are completed on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an Administration Support, your responsibilities will include, although not limited to: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, email management and data generation. Support scheduling and coordination of daily activities. Help maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data. Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications. Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Provide general support to the operations and management teams as needed. To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Previous experience in an office, customer service, or administrative environment is an advantage but not essential. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in an operational or administrative career path. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
