As a Hire Coordinator based in Gatwick you’ll be responsible for: Answering the phones and managing a busy centralised inbox. You will be managing customer enquiries and speaking with the wider hire network across the business Liaising with Engineers and Transport Managers to ensure customer deliveries go out on time Writing and following up with quotes for customers Raising hire contracts and terminating contracts in the system, ensuring all contracts are up to date This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00 am - 5.00pm And here’s what we’d like you to have: A can do attitude, we are looking for someone to get stuck into the position and grow their career with Wolseley Previous hire experience is desirable Customer service and administration skills in a fast paced environment To be IT literate We look forward to receiving your application!
