The Role:
We're looking for a Trainee Technology Recruitment Consultant who is eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and confident in speaking with people. This role mixes recruitment with creative content, giving you the chance to build your own professional brand while growing in the industry.
What You'll Do:
* Speak with candidates about new job opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
* Specialise in one technology market sector (e.g., cloud, data, software, ERP).
* Cover roles across Europe and the USA.
* Essential: Create content to share online, including:
* Daily short videos (hot jobs, candidate of the day).
* Weekly podcasts with candidates and clients.
* Q&A sessions and live updates on LinkedIn.
* Grow your personal brand as a trusted recruiter in your niche market.
What We're Looking For:
* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people.
* Interest in technology and career development.
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media.
* Creative and willing to make short videos and podcast content.
* Driven, ambitious, and ready to learn recruitment from the ground up.
