Job Title: NQ+ Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Office-based initially, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our Cheltenham office and take on a key supervisory role within the team. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting 2 paralegals and 2 trainee solicitors, ensuring high-quality legal work, compliance with professional standards, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities
Supervision and day-to-day support of 2 paralegals and 2 trainee solicitors
Oversight and review of work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
Providing guidance, mentoring and constructive feedback
Assisting with training and development of junior team members
Managing your own caseload (appropriate to experience)
Ensuring adherence to firm procedures and regulatory requirements
About You
Qualified Solicitor (NQ to experienced level considered)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence supervising and supporting junior colleagues
Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example
Comfortable working from the Cheltenham office
Must live in, or be willing to live within commuting distance of Gloucestershire
