We are recruiting for both full and part time chefs and kitchen assistants to join our team.
Located in Edinburgh city centre, we are a medium sized family operated restaurant and wine cafe that has been open for 8 years. We serve a range of 'continental based' breakfasts, lunches, dinners as well as smaller tapas plates and platters.
Chef (full or part time) roles include daily food preparation, cooking in service, stock control and ordering.
Kitchen assistant (full or part time) roles include food prep, cooking and preparing batches of the main menu items such as lasagne, parmagiana, tiramisu etc, assisting the main chef when required, helping with setting up and closing down.
All applicants must be professional, maintain high hygiene standards and have a positive hard working attitude. We operate from an open kitchen and therefore applicants must be very organised and work in a clean and tidy manner.
