Salary: £14.65 - £15.15 per hour (increasing to £14.95 - £15.45 from September 1, 2025)
Contract: 45 hours per week

As a Retail Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards every day. You’ll motivate your team, manage the shop floor, and ensure our store runs like clockwork in a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team, embodying our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively.

* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time someone visits your store.
