The Café Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing food preparation processes, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.*Key Requirements*:* Full driving licence (essential)* Willingness to travel to other sites when requiredThe Role* Ensure the service operates efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction* Take responsibility for all aspects of the service and team during shifts* Collaborate with site supervisors to plan and review operations* Complete all required administrative tasks within set deadlines* Deliver exceptional customer service* Set up corporate meeting rooms and menus as needed* Implement staff training in line with company procedures* Ensure full compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety legislation*Duties** Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service* Manage and supervise team members, including baristas, kitchen staff, and serving personnel* Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities to meet quality standards* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards* Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to maintain inventory* Train staff on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures* Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally* Implement promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and sales* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café environment at all times* Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with culinary staff*Experience** Proven supervising /management experience within a café, restaurant or hospitality setting* Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff* Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols* Experience in food production and kitchen operations* Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous* Familiarity with barista skills or serving experience is desirable* Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail* This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to lead a vibrant team while delivering outstanding service.
