Salary: £25,000 £45,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

Were seeking a capable Licensed Conveyancer / Residential Property Casehandler to join our 7-person team at a long-established, Legal 500-recognised niche law firm. This role is to replace a retiring team member and offers the chance to work in a supportive, close-knit environment with a strong reputation in residential conveyancing.
About the Role:
Youll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, with a strong emphasis on shared ownership, leasehold and new build matters many of which are London and South East based. Clients are located across England and Wales. Youll handle files from post-quotation through to post-completion and work with autonomy, accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing residential sale, purchase, remortgage and shared ownership matters from start to finish
Regular client communication predominantly via email with a need for fast, accurate responses
Drafting, reviewing and processing contracts and related legal documents
Liaising with solicitors, clients, developers, housing associations and lenders
