EverQuote is seeking a Procurement/Compliance Analyst to join its growing and dynamic team. The Procurement/Compliance Analyst's primary responsibility will be to provide procurement and compliance support to EverQuote's General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, and Associate General Counsel.
This is a small team, and candidates must be team players, capable of working on crossover projects and communicating complex concepts effectively to internal and external stakeholders. The role involves collaboration with teams such as Sales, Business Development, Technology, and Analytics, as well as interfacing with government regulators. The ideal candidate will be curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing daily administration within the Ironclad Contract Management system
* Ensuring workflows progress efficiently within Ironclad
* Coordinating with business owners on submissions, approvals, negotiations, etc.
* Assisting with due diligence, document review, and research for corporate transactions
* Supporting contract amendments, terminations, and administration
* Participating in periodic testing of compliance policies and procedures
* Supporting the evaluation and adoption of third-party compliance platforms
* Assisting with onboarding compliance training for new employees
* Supporting other compliance initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Compliance
* Bachelor's degree required
* Ability to work well in teams and build relationships
* Self-motivated with strong ethics and integrity
* Highly organized with multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Proficiency with Google Suite, IronClad, and DocuSign
* Knowledge of contracts, transactional, and corporate areas
* Ability to analyze data and prepare reports and correspondence
* Ownership of tasks and follow-through skills
* Bonus: Experience with Contract Management Systems like Ironclad
