Are you an experienced, reliable, and passionate chef looking for flexible work opportunities? MP38 Catering Solutions is seeking skilled Agency Chefs to join our growing team, working with a wide variety of clients — from busy restaurants, hotels, and events to nurseries and care homes.

Hospitality
We are getting new contracts every week for bars, cafes and hotels/restaurants. As an experienced chef, you'll fit in seamlessly with existing teams to help them deliver menus. Shifts are varied and down to you! You'll join our booking groups and accept the jobs that work for you, giving you flexibility and the freedom to work when and where you choose.
Nurseries
We provide rewarding opportunities for chefs to work in nursery kitchens, helping deliver safe and nutritious meals for young children. You’ll receive specialised nursery catering coaching to ensure you meet all required standards, with clear site briefs and support so you feel prepared and confident every shift.
Care Homes
When you work with us in nursing and care homes, you’ll benefit from dedicated training, including IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative), so you’re ready to cater for residents’ dietary needs safely and professionally. Our team will arrange site visits beforehand and provide all the information you need to ensure your shift runs smoothly and residents receive the highest standard of care.
What We’re Looking For:
️ Proven experience as a chef in professional kitchens
️ Ability to adapt quickly to different working environments
️ Allergen Awareness
️ Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum) and relevant qualifications
️ Reliable, flexible, and ready to hit the ground running
️ Right to work in the UK
