We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Manager to create and oversee our digital operations and enhance our online presence. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
* Manage day-to-day online operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes and adherence to company policies.
* Monitor online sales performance and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
* Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and reflects the brand's values.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
* Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
* Administrative experience is an asset, particularly in managing schedules and coordinating tasks.
