Supply Hive are looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, modern school in Maidenhead. With small classes of around eight students, every child receives personalised 1:1 or 1:2 support alongside specialist input such as speech and language or occupational therapy. The curriculum is highly individualised, focusing on communication, life skills, academic progress and preparation for adulthood. The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the wider SEN team to support children with additional needs. You will help pupils access the curriculum, provide 1:1 or small group support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
