We’re looking for an eCommerce Trading Manager to join our growing eCommerce team at NEXT and take the lead in driving the exclusive Bath & Body Works beauty brand forward! Based at Head Office in Leicestershire, offering a competitive salary alongside great benefits!

The UK Trading team fuels UK growth by optimising online product sales on Next.co.uk across Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear and Home. They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility.
About the Role:
As the eCommerce Trading Manager for Bath & Body Works, you will take ownership of analysing website performance, using data-led insights to identify ways to grow net sales and elevate conversion. You’ll enhance the customer experience end-to-end—sharpening search results, refining sort order, elevating imagery, optimising filters and item titles, and streamlining navigation. With your deep product knowledge, you’ll also ensure every new launch and seasonal shift is flawlessly supported and showcased to its full potential.
What else is involved?
* Grow sales for Bath & Body Works across the UK and the new Total Platform website, using the available tools and resources at your disposal, including data, marketing, website content, navigation and filtering, search and experience.
* Act as a brand partner; promoting the brand within Next and driving their sales forward as much as possible through sales ideas, innovations, developments and marketing campaigns.
* Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and become the key point of contact for Bath & Body Works.
* Identify & champion opportunities for growth; through data analysis of key online metrics, customer research and sales data analysis.
* Use your exceptional commercial understanding, to help to identify and suggest ways to create a more engaging online experience for our customers.
* Use sound knowledge of search, navigation and commercial layouts to make sure our online offering is always the best around and be confident in self serving and making changes to the live site.
* Support the Beauty eCommerce Business Manager and wider online team with product and project launches.
* Continually review search results and pages with a view to optimise. Identifying opportunities to improve low conversion or high bounce rates.
* Drive forward marketing opportunities and initiatives that will enhance a product's online commercial appeal.
* You will optimise the online funnel, determining right products, content and structure to get customers through the shopping journey as quickly as possible whilst maximising average order value.
* Work to create and maintain the marketing plan and ensure it is executed on time.
* Identify, implement and drive commercial improvements through your insights.
* Drive growth of team members by carrying out regular reviews and performance development plans with direct reports.

About You:
We are looking for an analytical eCommerce specialist to join our fast paced team, with a passion and interest in Beauty, Fashion and Retail with the following experience:
* Proven eCommerce Trading experience, ideally within retail but not essential.
* Analytical and comfortable with large volumes of data.
* Experienced in line managing and guiding a team of Trading specialists.
* Organised, thorough and excited by a challenge you’ll work well in a busy and fast moving retail environment.
* Good at prioritising workload to meet requirements and tight deadlines.
* Great attention to detail
* Good communication skills & able to effectively work with members of both the immediate and wider team, at varying levels
* Highly motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude who is able to work under pressure in a faced paced environment.
* Keen interest in Beauty, Fashion & Retail.
* Experience within Buying / Merchandising is also desirable.
