Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree or above in any discipline (Education, Psychology, SEN-related subjects desirable)
* A teaching assistant qualification would be desirable
* A calm, patient, and empathetic nature
* Genuine interest in SEN and supporting children with additional needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience with children (voluntary or paid) is beneficial but not essential
* A passion for helping children grow academically and emotionally
